Update...

Well i know it has been a while since i have wrote anything in here so here it goes. I am now in my 3rd quarter of school. I am going to The Art Institute of Houston to get my Bachalors in Graphic Design. I honestly have to say school is one of the best things that have happened to me. :D I am learning, growing, and inproving on my art. I have also made some awesome friends, that I would not trade for the world. I have learned that i do love to paint, but only on my time. lol I am getting better at water coloring, thanks to my father teaching me how. This quarter most of my classes are now based on the computer, which is odd/interesting to me. I love to draw by hand so if i had a choice i would do everything by hand. :D I am also taking a math class which stinks! I HATE math, but such is life. I still have to take my basics to get where i want to be in life. ;) I am hoping next year I am going to be able to take more classes. I am only taking 3 right now, which means i am only part time. :P But I am very thankful that i am in school. I would not trade that for the world either.

Chippie

For those of you that do not know. Almost a month ago i fell at work and became Chippie (meaning i decided to hit the concreet and chip my tooth). Suprisingly it did not hurt. Thank goodness. Excuess me if i am vain, but i believe that my smile was/is my best feature. :P When it happened i felt like i was back in the red neck town of Missing Teeth. lol. It took FOREVER for workmans comp to get everything in order. if i did not keep on bugging them it would of more than likely taken even longer. But today at the crack of dawm (meaning 9:30 am) i was up and getting ready to see my HOTTIE of a Dentist Dr. DeBuyl. OOOO Sexy Man! hehe. So at 10:30 this morining they started working on my tooth, which was quit odd and scary b/c i was not asleep. it was lots of FUN! So now i am no longer chipless, but will always be known as Chippie.

Museum of Natural Science

I requested Friday off so i could join Heather and Tiffany to the Zoo. Well it ended up being cancelled so i decided we should go the the Museum of Natural Science. I know i have not been there since my early teens, so i figured it would be a lot of fun. On the way we ended up driving by the Art Istitute of Houston so i could show Heather where i would be going to college. :D The Museum was a lot of fun. I forgot how neat it all was. Tiffany enjoyed it as well. I know she has been there before. Heather and i want to go back and go to that CSI forinseces exibit, and the go to the Holocost Museum. I have always wanted to go to the Holocost Museum. That part of history has always intrigued me. After hanging out at the Museum we went out to eat at Dairy Queen, and had some ice cream. Yum. Once we got home all three of us crashed for a few hours; totally forgetting that the missionaries were coming over for dinner. Oops. ;) It was a very eventful and fun day.
